Las Hermanas tells the story of the Manansala sisters – Dorothy (Yasmien Kurdi), Minnie (Thea Tolentino), and Scarlet (Faith da Silva) – as they try to help each other survive the trials of life. Dorothy, Minnie, and Scarlet came from a picture-perfect family but as soon as their father, Fernando, died, the family lost their fortune and a scandal ravaged the family. Dorothy, being the eldest, tries her best to make sure that her sisters live a good life. Minnie, the vengeful child, is the complete opposite of Dorothy as she tries to destroy her sisters' dream. Scarlet, the ambitious daughter, doesn't mind the consequences of her actions as long as she achieves her dream. Along the way, the sisters will meet the self-made businessman Lorenzo (Albert Martinez) who will be the cause of the demise of the beautiful relationship of the Manansala sisters.
